Description: This Tall James Dixon and Sons Metal Hot beverage Pot stands 14" tall. James Dixon and Sons was established in 1806. They made Sheffield Plate Britannia wares which was a type of pewter alloy composed of tin, antimony and copper. They were also responsible for developing the electro-plating technique of Britannia metal. There seems to be a hairline crack in the wooden handle that does not compromise the function. I do not see any other flaws. General Information:Please view all pictures to assess condition of item and to see measurements. All Photographs are my own and are the product you will receive.
