Description: Lot of 3 vintage International Collectors Library hardcover books: Grand Hotel by Vicki Baum, copyright 1957/1958, printed in the United States, 258 numbered pages;Magnificent Obsession by Lloyd C. Douglas, copyright 1957, printed in the United States, 233 numbered pages;Aesop's Fables based on the translation by George Fyler Townsend, copyright 1968, 215 numbered pages. The bindings are faux leather embossed with gold embellishment, each with a sewn-in satin ribbon marker~ the books measure approximately 8 1/2" by 5 3/4" with varying thicknesses. I consider all three books to be in overall good vintage/pre-owned condition, with typical imperfections and wear including edge/corner wear (particularly at the spine), age-tanning of the pages (Aesop's Fables), and a scrape to the outer rear cover of Grand Hotel. The glued text block at the top portion of the spine of Grand Hotel has separated, however it does not seem to affect the integrity of the binding.
