Description: House Of Secrets #95 Nick Cardy Cover! DC Horror! DC Comics 1971 5.5/6.0 Range If graded, I'd say this book is a 5.5/6.0 or better. Front cover has spine ticks, stress marks (creasing/wear along spine), slightly blunted corners (with small chips in corners of spine), slight bindery tears near top/bottom staples (partial - not completely "torn" on backside - more pronounced by bottom staple), wear around edges, small chip/tear on right edge, bottom right hand corner has a 1/2 inch area of chipping/tear (small chunk missing), which also affects some of inside pages (see pic), creasing, folding, discoloration/color fade, scuffing, light staining and areas of light scratching and denting (more noticeable under light/certain angles). Back cover has discoloration/tanning, scuffing, some light staining, wear around edges (tears on left edge/bottom edge), light creasing/folding, spine ticks and areas of denting spots/lines. Inside pgs are complete/attached with pgs. having discoloration/tanning, perforation tears, light scuffing + 1st 5 pgs. have small tears in corner (from issue on front cover). Overall, in good shape for its age - would have graded a tad higher if not for the issue on bottom right hand corner of front cover/inside pages.
