Description: These are new Heavy Duty motorcycle rear shock absorbers. They are not air shocks but they make excellent replacement shocks for the GL1500 Gold Wing. The free length from eye to eye is 13.5" which is the stock length for the GL1500. They have black bodies and black springs. The original shocks have rubber bushings which tend to crack and split over time. This set of shocks has all metal bushings which will not wear out. The springs have 5 tension adjustment positions. The spring adjuster tool is also provided. The required bushings are preinstalled for ease of installation. The green wire ties that you see in the photo are there to keep the bushings in the lower eyelets from being lost. These shocks come ready to install as they are with no further modification required. PRICE INCLUDES BOTH SHOCKS. THESE SHOCKS WILL FIT ALL HONDA GL1500 GOLD WING MODELS FROM 1988 THRU 2000.
