Description: Two One Yard Cuts of Indah Me + You Batiks from Hoffman. Block Printed by Hand. One yard is made up of small rectangles, squares, arrow-shapes in alternating rows. The background is dark purple and the graphic elements are a lighter purple. The other yard has a deep red (with a dark raspberry tinge) background, and over that are stars and splintery narrow shapes. These are in rows, but the shapes are varied and the sizes varied too. I will be listing other colors and prints in Indah Batiks. "Indah Batiks from the Me+You division of Hoffman Fabrics are modern batiks dyed with bright, striking colors in fun variety of prints. These beautiful batiks are hand-dyed in Bali. The prints are created with hot wax and the color is intensified in the sun. Indah means "beautiful" in Balinese... Have been stored in a plastic bin in a smoke-free, pet-free household. I will wrap and mail carefully.
