Description: Manufactured by General Dynamics (before the merger with Lockheed Martin), the F-16 multirole Fighting Falcon began its service in early 1979. The jet fighter is an all-weather aircraft capable of enduring 9-g turns. The F-16, nicknamed by aviators 'Viper', which was relatively cheap to maintain and acquire, equipped the inventories of the United States and twenty-five other countries. These fighters will remain in the service of the United States Air Force until 2025. This diecast accurately recreates the F-16C Fighting Falcon, Serial No. 89-2098, from 112th FS as seen at Ohio ANG, Toledo, August 2023. The 1/72 scale die-cast is 20.96cm long and has a wingspan of 13.34cm.
