Clutch and brake take apart inspect clutch disks replace if necessary lube moving parts Bowl lift transmission Disassemble inspect shim or replace any warn parts new bearing clean out old greese replace with new Bowl lift worm Take apart remove old grease replace bearing on top shaft, inspect brass nut replace if nessesary Gear box motor and planatary Blow out motor with air nozzle Replace all bearings except the 2 tapered Timken bearings inspect those replace if necessary. All new keys, new oil sight glass new food grade oil in transmission. New food grade oil in the planatary. Inspect oil pumps new planatary seal. If you do not have a dock or forklift a liftgate service can be arranged for an additional charge. * Do you need inside delivery? The above services are curbside only. If you need a driver to bring you item inside for you this needs to arranged at the time freight is set up. Drivers do not want to do any extra work for you. Sometimes if the driver can roll right off the truck and into your space that is usually no problem. But if things are more difficult of a delivery the driver will not work hard to deliver your item. Some locations are limited access. These include churches, schools, construction sites, storage facilities, farms or ranches, government facilities or strip malls. These types of locations need to be stated up front as they may cost an additional fee. Once freight is established and item has been picked up from me you will be provided with the tracking information.
