Description: Tri-ang Transcontinental Pickle Car in everyday layout use condition. When I first saw this model, I thought "Yea, right" but it turns out that a prototype really existed. I still think that it is for a modeler that doesn't take themselves TOO seriously (I take my hat off to those who call the layout they built in 2020 "Lockdown" and the one who built a layout on an ironing board and chose the anagram "Binnegar Road" ( did you just check that?)). So ...a PICKLE CAR! I'm lost for words and I'm not going to try to use the Artificial Intelligence 'helper' to destroy this listing with all those cliches that some overpaid intern actually thinks will sell the product. It's a pickle car. Period. If you want a pickle car, here it is. If not, I'm sure you will move on! The couplings (couplers in the USA) are Tri-ang and fit the Hornby and Bachmann 'Thomas ' range. Probably wacky enough to make Sir Topham Hat drop his toastrack, but I'm sure Gordon would love to attach the pickle car to the Tidmouth Milk Express. How the other engines would tease him! I'm looking for $8.95 with postage contribution of $5.95. Get me out of a pickle and buy it now!
