Binding: Very good, still sound. Hinges: Neat repair to hinge leather at top of front hardcover. Both hinges sound and flexible. Hardcovers: Very good with moderate wear and soiling (please see pictures). Spine: Very good with moderate wear and soiling, (please see pictures).
