They do show some wear in the form of chips and scrathes, etc. They work well, but one tweeter does have some tears in it, so you may want to refurbish. Grills are held simply in place with brads, so they are loose. One badge is missing, but the other one is still there. cabinets measure 10.5" x 8.5" X 18", and the speaekers themselves measure 2.5" x 6.75". Great sounding "old school" pair.
