Description: You are buying a VL rear fender mounting kit which is detail-correct for 1930 to 1936. Includes all pieces shown. Please consult your own parts or service manual for proper reference. These bolts are machined identical to the process H-D used in their screw shop back in the 1930’s and 1940’s. The kit includes the two side brace bolts, washers, and nuts, top front bracket bolts (061) and lower front support bolt- Stock is a 3/4" bolt and no provision for a flat or lock washer. Given you are placing a hex head against sheet metal, it's a good idea to have a flat washer and a lock washer to lock it down. If you prefer, we can send you a 3/4" 064 bolt but our stock kit includes the 1" OEM# 066 bolt. Let us know if you want the shorter bolt and for us to delete the flat washer. On the 1/2" front frame bracket bolts (#061), I can find no reference that they ever used a lock washer. If you want a couple of lock washers added, just ask.
