We have engineered them to be direct bolt-on replacements for stock equipment. No slag inside the bar tubes makes installation easy. Laser cut, fully TIG welded, beveled & de-burred for internal wire pulling, and polished to a show their quality finish! All of our Handlebars are hand-made employing a multi-step manufacturing process using the finest materials. Tube diameter is 1.25” stepped down to 1” for stock/conventional controls. Both grips have 0.5” x 2” slots laser cut for internal wiring. The throttle side is honed out and notched for fly by wire. Laser cut tubing yields the smoothest corners with no slag for easy wiring. The Knurled Center for non-slip grip on our handlebars is engineered to be a direct custom replacement for stock equipment. Cable Description:For Our Electrical Extensions We Use Special Purpose Automotive Wire that is Insulated with Chemically Cross-Line Polyethylene, Making it resistant to moisture, most solvents, and Gives it the Ability to Withstand Extreme Temperatures. These Features Make Our Wire Ideal for Engine Compartment Applications Where Higher Heat Resistance is Required. Our Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Tubing is Designed to Meet the Requirements of MIL-I-631, Grades A & B. This Type of Tubing is used in Appliances, Automobiles, Military Wiring Harnesses and Airborne Equipment. Our PVC Tubing is UV Resistant, Flame Retardant, Lead Free with a High Gloss Black Finish, Making it Perfect for Applications Where a Wide Thermal Range is Required. Our Hydraulic Brake and Clutch Lines Meet or Exceed D.O.T. as well as OEM Pressure Specifications. Our Lines are UV Protected Braided Stainless Steel with Classic Chrome or Black Chrome Fittings. Your Choice of a Black or Stainless Armor Coat Exterior, that Provides Long Lasting Appearance while Protecting Components from Abrasion.
