This note is heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease and rust stains, areas of discoloration, perhaps areas of foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (tears exist and some are larger); heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); scattered small holes/inner tears; small pieces missing due to very heavy wear.
