A paper liner is peeled off the back to expose the adhesive surface. *Manufacture's note: This 3 mil thick vinyl is rated for up to 5 year outdoor durability. To apply decal: Clean the Surface:Thoroughly clean the surface where you plan to apply the decal.Dry the surface with a lint-free cloth or paper towels.Position the Decal:Hold the decal up to the surface where you want it to be. You could use masking tape to hold it in place temporarily if needed.Step back and check the alignment. Adjust as necessary.Peel the Backing Paper:Carefully peel off the backing paper from the decal, ensuring that the decal remains on the clear transfer tape.If the decal doesn?t stick to the transfer tape, lay it back down and press firmly again with a squeegee or credit card.Apply the Decal:Starting from one side, gently place the decal onto the surface, pressing it down as you go.Use a squeegee or a credit card to smooth out the decal from the center outward to prevent air bubbles.Remove the Transfer Tape:Slowly peel off the transfer tape at a 45-degree angle. Be careful to ensure the decal remains adhered to the surface.If any part of the decal lifts with the tape, lay the tape back down and press it firmly again.Tips:Temperature: Apply the decal in a warm, dry environment. Extreme temperatures can affect the adhesive.Patience: Take your time during application to ensure the decal is properly aligned and free of bubbles.
