The Display Screen is also in Amazing Polished cosmetic condition with little to no noticeable surface marks/scratches/wear apparent. What makes this auction stand out even more is it includes all the original paperwork & receipt(s) In Truly Amazing Cosmetic Condition. This game console has been cleaned by myself prior to sale (as has my entire game collection) to ensure it reaches you in the cleanest possible aesthetic condition, from a good outer clean to diminish any surface dirt/grime & stains followed by a surface polish/buffing to bring out the best sheen possible. It is then finished with the display screen getting a good deep clean & polish (this does not mean it will look like new by any means, more just that the years of built up dirt/grime/grease have been diminished/partly removed and the pictures will always form a better understanding of the games condition). Many of my games have also had the entire games control system deep cleaned & serviced to ensure maximum re-playability (where applicable/possible) and improve general responsiveness. This game also comes from a Smoke and Pet free home. "This game remains in perfect working order has been thoroughly tested and no faults/issues whatsoever have been found/identified. Controls are extremely tight / responsive & firm, VFD is Extremely Bright (like new!) and the sound is very loud & crystal clear. Original Battery Cover is included in Mint unmarked cosmetic state which closes/locks semi tightly/securely (can occasionally come loose and should be duly noted!). Battery bay is absolutely spotless and the battery terminals are spotless (shiny as new!) with absolutely no prior signs of corrosion/rust applied anywhere. Item has been tested on both batteries and a Grandstand AC Adapter and found to be working perfectly as was intended. Aesthetically the condition of the game is Pristine/Mint. The "Display Screen" is in Pristine cosmetic condition with very few noticeable hairline surface marks/scratches applied. The Silver Hood is in Pristine overall cosmetic condition with no noticeable surface marks/scratches applied. The printing around the bevel is in pristine cosmetic condition with very little/no noticeable wear applied. Also the white lettering across the Controls section is Pristine health with little to no wear apparent. Underside of the game unit is again in similar condition with some minor/light hairline surface marks/scratches present throughout. There perhaps will be other slight marks/scratches etc. across the screen/casing here or there from prior usage but this is to be expected on most used vintage games of this age. Please study the pictures carefully to see the exact item you shall receive. Item requires 4 x (C/R14) Size Batteries (which are not included in this sale) or a Suitable AC mains adapter (which is also NOT included within this sale) IMPORTANT:- "Please make sure you use the correct AC Adapter for these games if you make a purchase. Ensure you check the Voltage & Polarity of the tip you connect is 100% right/correct before using any AC Adapter. Also included are the Original Instructions in Mint overall cosmetic condition with no tearing/writing or blotting and very little surface wear/creasing. "Product Warranty Card" is Included in Mint cosmetic condition with no wear/creasing applied and has no writing/tearing apparent. "Grandstand Product brochure" is also included in Mint cosmetic condition with no wear/tear applied and exhibits no damage/tearing either. Also Included is the original "Guard Card" in extremely good cosmetic condition with some lesser wear/tear applied. Also Included is the original "Purchase Receipt(s)" from WhSmith dated '19/12/1981' in extremely good overall cosmetic condition with very little wear/tear apparent.
