Description: This is the Gort and Klaatu limited edition action figure set from Amok Time. It is based on the 1951 sci-fi classic The Day The Earth Stood Still. Gort is 16 inches high with 6 points of articulation. Klaatu is 12 inches high with 20 points of articulation and he comes with two interchangeable heads, one to use with the included helmet. This item is brand new, it even has the tissue between the cover and the plastic window. The figures have never been removed from the box. The box however, shows storage wear. One of the problems with the box, is that Amok Time did not have any type of reinforcement for the back of the box. Because the figures are heavy, most of the surviving examples of the box have some type of damage, primarily to the back. This box is in excellent condition and displays well, but as previously mentioned, it does have some creases and the back is slightly concave. I have tried to photograph the problems as well as I could, but the shininess of the box makes that very difficult. Please look at photos to determine condition.
