Description: Here is a numbered signed golf print of the U.S. Open Championship from 1968. The print was done in 1990 and this signed print is dated 1990. It is numbered 1214/1500. It is 31 1/2 x almost 25" total. The mat is about 2 3/4". It is embossed both at the bottom left and right. The signature of the artist Ray Ellis and Lee Trevino are in pencil but I don't know if they are live or printed. They appear to be pencil. The middle says: Trevino red shirt and green magic. Lee Trevino 1968 U.S. Open Championship. Oak Hill Country Club (East Course). The thirteenth, par 5, 594 yards. After birdies on the 11th and 12th, Lee set his sights on the tournement record of 275. Trevino parred the remaining holes to tie the record and establish two marks of his own. Lee became the first player to break par in each round of the U.S. Open and, with scores of 69, 68, 69 and 69 he was the first man in Open history to shoot four rounds in the sixties. The embossed left says Commemorative Golf Gallerys LTD. The right embossed says: 1968 U.S. Open Oak Hill. It has been professionally mounted on foam board with a mat on top. I took it out of the frame just recently so it is in good shape. There is no frame included.
