This pan fits all versions of the TH-400 automatic transmission 1968-92 and is a direct replacement for the factory deep pan. If your are converting a shallow pan to deep, you will need the deep filter draw tube, and the deep filter mounting bolt and spacer. Additionally, be certain that you have sufficient ground clearance if using in a non truck or RV type application. These VDS Program items ship UPS, so no PO Boxes on delivery address.
