The operator was pleasant when I called with the problem and was able to ship a replacement once I paid for the second pump and I was told I would receive a refund when they received the return. I asked that extra packing be placed around the second pump so that it would not get damaged a second time but the replacement was shipped exactly the same way but luckily it was not damaged in shipping.
