Description: Aside from the pleasing array of colors on these stones, the polish is wonderful! Carnelian, amethyst, rose quartz, jade?, jasper?, smoky quartz---all these stones are subtly attached by twos to the twisted oval chain. No markings, but the clasp is an older type, perhaps from the first half of 20th century. Necklaces like this were popular in Mexico 50-75 years ago--not usually as "full" as this one and the stones were generally not polished--but there are no marks. Measures 26" in length.
