He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin July 2 1858, and lived in Chicago and was a pupil of Paul Brown and Henry Elkins. Exhibited at the National Academy of Design in 1890 and Boston Art Club 1890-1900. He is listed in ASK/ART (The American Artist Bluebook). Measuring in a Gilded Gold Frame approx. with beautiful High-lighted Mat 24" x 18", and is glass covered.
