Description: Pair of brand new VertekXTC foam baffles. If you want a rain shield for use with our M800 speakers, these baffles are the least expensive and easiest solution. Using a new sharp razor blade, simply trim away the lower half (see picture #2) and place behind speaker before installing. Do NOT use these with our speakers without cutting away the lower half as shown in the pictures! The M800's were specifically designed to use the volume of air that's in the Miata door and will not sound good if completely enclosed by these baffles. If you're planning to use these with any other manufacturer's speakers, Vertek describes these are being appropriate for 'shallow 6.5" speakers'.
