Once you set it up and are able to pull out all the little stems it will look nice and full. The top plates were working and then they went out. I kind of jiggled it then they went back in but they may need to be replaced or maybe one of the bulbs is slightly loose I'm not sure. Shipping will be with UPS Ground. This is a very large box.
