Description: Here's a very decorative large 15 1/2" bowl made in the 19th century by Furnival, their impressed company name being on the bottom. It's shiny and colorful with lots of lustre, too. There's multiple bands of artwork, and, in the center, a man astride a horse aiming a spear at a lion. And that's lustre, too. Thrre's also a lustre artwork band around the outside. Excellent condition. No chips, nicks, or cracks. In the center only, there's some very fine line utensil marks on the glaze. Looking at the artwork, it looks 100%. You have to angle it to the light to see them. They don't detract. It does have very tiny, clear glaze crazing if you look very close.
