Description: FULL SET OF CIVIL WAR ERA DOMINOES. Full set of 28 of the most common size set ("Double 6," i.e., includes every dot combination of double blank to double six). Set is obviously hand-made. Each domino is made of two pieces of wood secured by a brass pin. Top of each is painted white, no doubt to resemble ivory. Set shows age and wear consistent with use, but is in good condition overall. Note that one domino is only partial; it has the top (the “one/six”), but is missing the pin and the bottom (see last two images). Includes period storage box constructed from wood with dovetailed joints. Please inspect all photos carefully.
