Once you decide on what bolt you are going to use, clamp all pieces together and ream the center hole with that size of bit for a nice true hole Bolts, and friction material are not included. They are available from any hardware store. For the friction material you can use rubber belting, side wall from an old tire, thick leather, the sole of an old work boot, or use your imagination. Just use a drill and a 3" or so hole saw and cut any friction material you want. YES we can cut your design.
