All of the moir end leaves on all volumes are pristine and unfaded as the one representative picture. I also used only two informational pictures from the first volume for the same reason. All the paper on all volumes is perfect or virtually so. All satin ribbon bookmarks on all volumes are sharp and unfrayed at their ends. There is no discernable wear anywhere on any volume. The gilded edges on the text blocks of all volumes are still saturated with gold leaf with minimal scratching and no loss. In conclusion, this complete set is as pristine as anyone could hope to find anywhere, and it is the definitive publication of this work. Every volume has extensive professional footnotes on virtually every page of text. There isn't another publication of this literature that is so thoroughly and expertly crafted and presented.
