Description: Vintage Atomic STARBURST 15" oval serving Platter by Franciscan. The internet says that this design was space-age and part of the Modern Americana dinnerware promotion created by Franciscan in the 1950's, and the pattern includes a variety of fun, irregular shaped pieces. It was discontinued in 1968. This platter is in very good condition. There is some shelf wear on the bottom, and I saw several firing dimples on the front. They were very small. The lights have left glare spots along the right side. NO marks on the plates, just glare from light bulb. Please email with any questions. We only ship to lower 48 states.
