The green markers are punched and missing one for a total of 39. On reviewing the rules this is unlikely to affect game play as it is rare to use every marker of a color. A replacement could potentially be made from the parts runner that the others came from. One "Currency Exchange" card and one "Risk" card have marks from where a rubber band was wrapped around the stacks while in storage. This also should also not affect game play. Note that the game box has two flaws beyond simple "shelf wear." The box lid has a smudge near the top as shown in the photos, possibly from a liquid spill. The box bottom has a minor split on one corner that goes down about 1/2-inch. Otherwise all other box corners are unseparated.
