Measures: 4-1/2" wide by 3-1/4" tall (top rim is 3-1/2" wide)It is from the American brilliant period, (late 1800's to 1915) which is over 100 years old now! I am a member of the American cut glass association and I know what ABP cut glass is. I never sell other types of glass as ABP cut glass so you can be assured this is genuine. Unfortunately today so many resellers are not educated in glass and misrepresent their items, and then some know they are scamming too. You wont have that issue here, shop with confidence. This has a lovely wheel cut flower alternating with a geometric motif, 3 feet on the bottom raise it off the table. very elegant. original punty cut rim for bling. Condition: This is 100 years old- but for the age this one is in pretty good condition. Minor scratches and scuffs somewhere are usually expected from age. This one is clear not cloudy, and the feet on the bottom are good and not chipped up.
