I am not sure if it includes fabric for binding. Pattern print-out isn't pretty and has wrinkles, marks, and small tears that don't affect use. Original price was $79.99. Quilt kit is for the tree skirt shown in the first photo. This beautiful kit is clean and has no bad or smoky odors.Kit will be shipped via Priority mail in the US.
