This piece was carved in 1990 (as best as I can tell) and is signed on the back “Charles Blair” with his monogram (B) encircled below his name. This piece is exceptionally well carved with a lot of attention to detail. The eagle is approximately 28 inches wide and approximately 8 inches tall. The artist is very talented and it shows in several areas, the folds of the flag are very appealing. This is not an old piece, but it is a beautiful piece.
