Fluke 189 True RMS Multimeter LEADS ERROR & Other Issues

Description: This has a LEADS error issue and I didn't know how to test the functions on this. When the red lead is in either of the left sockets, there is always a LEADS error. When the red lead is in the socket on the right, it only has a LEADS error sometimes. I think the leads error would comes and goes randomly? I tried cleaning the sockets with rubbing alcohol and installed new fuses, but it didn't fix the problem. There is no battery cover. One of the screw hole/posts on the inside of the case is broken. There was two tiny pieces of plastic near the battery contacts that chipped off, but it's not a serious issue. I installed three new battery contacts because they were corroded, but the main contact still has a tiny bit of corrosion, but it still works. I will include the new piece that I didn't install. I installed two brand new fuses. Four new AA batteries are included. Two new aftermarket leads with alligator clips are included. I don't want to invest in a new leads socket piece just to try to fix and resell this, which i'm guessing is the issue, so i'm selling this as-is for parts/repair.
