Scoop neck, back, or off shoulder with a bit of crocheted elastic stretch with ties at neck and waist which have fraying. Ruffle (frayed) around hemline. Please see pics for measurements. Kitty is vinyl ironed onto a 100% cotton patch with the patch then sewed to shirt. To launder (which I have already done twice lol) button up shirt and cuffs and turn shirt inside out. Set laundry temp to cool and cycle to gentle or delicate. Air dry in dryer or hang to dry! The fraying may continue and just adds to the look. Simple snipping after wash will take care of that!
