Five Antique Embossed Glass Bottles

Description: Five Antique Embossed Glass Bottles. Bottle 1 Embossed on front: WHITTEMORE BOSTON U.S.A. No marking on bottom. It has an aqua color. Shows wear, but no chips, cracks or breaks. It measures approximately 5 7/16 inches tall, 2 ½ inches wide, 1 3/8 inches thick and has a 15/16 inch diameter opening. Other listings of like bottles state that this is a shoe polish bottle. Bottle 2 Embossed on front: DR W.B. CALDWELL’S MONTICELLO, ILLINOIS Embossed on bottom: 10 P A very light aqua color. It measures approximately 6 7/8 inches tall, 2 ½ inches wide, 1 ¼ inches thick and has a ½ inch diameter opening. Bottle 3 It is embossed on the sides. On one side: DR TICHENOR S Embossed on the other side: ANTESEPTIC Embossed on the bottom: G2 It is a light aqua color and measures approximately 4 ¾ inches tall, 1 5/8 inches wide, 1 inch thick and has a 3/8 inch diameter opening. It has a small embedded near circular or “fan” shaped chip inside the glass of the bottom. (please see photo). I could no detect any evidence of the chip on the surface of the glass. Bottle 4 Embossed on front: CALIFORNIA FIG SYRUP CO CALIFIC STERLING PRODUCTS (INC.) SUCCESSOR Embossed on the bottom are the numbers 2 and 6 on either side of the manufacturer’s logo, which looks like an eye inside an oval. It is a clear color glass which measures approximately 6 7/8 inches tall, 2 5/16 inches wide, 1 5/16 inches thick and has a 9/16 inch diameter opening. There are two very small chips on the back (see photos with wooden pointer). Bottle 5 Embossed on front: CALDWELL’S SYRUP PEPSIN MFD. BY PEPSIN SYRUP COMPANY MONTIOCELLO, ILLINOIS There are no markings on the bottom. It has an aqua color and measures approximately 7 inches tall, 2 3/8 inches wide. 1 3/8 inches thick and has a 5/8 inch diameter opening. I am selling these bottles “as is” with no returns.
