Description: WE ARE RIGHT HERE IN THE USA, AND WE SHIP FAST !! We get the majority of our orders out into the mail within 1 business day of receiving them. By buying the powder from us (in Philadelphia PA), you avoid lengthy overseas shipping delays,,, and avoid possible complications involving US CUSTOMS.25g of our Fisetin ($49) is the equivalent of FIFTY, 500mg doses, or ONE HUNDRED, 250mg doses at its full 98.20% strength,,, not mixed with anything else that would reduce its potency. Our pure Fisetin powder costs only 98 cents per 500mg.It is light yellow, --not tan, orange, brown or green. It has no odor, and is tasteless. It is exactly the same as when produced by the manufacturer at its source, in February 2022 (exp. date 02/08/2025).We strive to be as transparent as possible. We provide buyers with clear photos of the Fisetin powder itself, and a fully-detailed CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS for them to view,,, BEFORE they purchase.-- 25 grams ($49) is an amount equivalent to TWO HUNDRED FIFTY, 100mg capsules at true 98.2% purity.-- 10 grams ($22) is an amount equivalent to ONE HUNDRED, 100mg capsules at true 98.2% purity. Our Fisetin contains none of the fillers and 'lubricants' that are typically added to the Fisetin powder that is contained in machine-made capsules, --to enable optimum performance of the capsule-filling machines. The fillers and lubricants (e.g. magnesium stearate) are good for the machines, but perhaps not as good for US ! ------------------------------------------------------------------- -- As shown in our photos, we enclose a small spoon/scoop with a level volume of 0.25 cc for you to approximately measure 100mg amounts of it. NOTE: An inexpensive “milligram”-type scale (purchased elsewhere) will provide more accurate measurements. -- Your shipment will consist of the following: - Fisetin in a re-sealable, heavy duty (4 mil) zip-closure plastic bag (or bags). - A small 0.25cc spoon/scoop for approximately measuring 100mg amounts of the Fisetin. - An up-to-date, detailed Certificate of Analysis (COA) matched to the Fisetin you receive. - The above items are shipped in a 6 inch x 8 inch ‘bubble’-cushioned poly mailing envelope. WHY NO RETURNS ? We cannot allow returns of our Fisetin, because of the possibility of receiving a returned item that is less pure, or less clean, or is any way different than when we shipped it. We could never resell returned items, because of the potential risk to other customers. We provide you with a clear and detailed description of the high-purity Fisetin we sell. We will quickly ship it to you exactly as described, and as seen in our photos,,, no mistakes or surprises,. By checking our Orders very carefully prior to shipment, and by providing shoppers with extensive photos, analysis information, & description details,,, we essentially pre-eliminate the need for a buyer to become concerned with a Return. -------------------------------------------------------------------Fisetin is a naturally-occurring bioflavonoid anti-oxidant that is present in certain species of plants that grow in Eastern Asia. Our Fisetin is 98.20% pure. When at this level of purity, Fisetin is a pale yellow powder with virtually no taste or scent. Extensive scientific research conducted in laboratories around the World has demonstrated its potential as a potent ANTI-OXIDANT able to help protect cells from cumulative oxidative stress that can result from such things as: the troublesome “free radicals” generated within our own bodies ; and exposure to environmental toxins, and; exposure to harmful UV rays in sunlight. The scientific research indicates that Fisetin can help support & preserve the metabolic stability of cells, -at the molecular level. The research has shown that Fisetin also has the ability to cross the blood-brain barrier, to even reach our brain cells. This is good. On Feb. 9th, 2021, a long-time Fisetin researcher named Dr. Pamela Maher at the Salk Institute (in California) published a 10-page review article in the scientific journal named (Brain Plasticity, vol. 6, no. 2, pp. 155-166.). It is worth reading her well-written comprehensive review of the ongoing scientific research into Fisetin’s pharmacological properties. Parts of her review are very scientifically detailed, but her underlying message is very clear: FISETIN EXHIBITS AMAZING MEDICINAL PROPERTIES !! To gain FREE access to the full article, enter * https://doi.org/10.3233/bpl-200104 * into your web browser.Although recoverable amounts of Fisetin are present in the inedible woody stems of certain plant species in Eastern Asia, only trace amounts of it are present in edible fruits and vegetables. You can't get any appreciable, useful amounts of Fisetin thru your diet. The most common sources of Fisetin sold in this country are two Asian species of small bushy trees; either "Rhus succenadea", or "Cotinus coccygria". You will typically see those names mentioned on the Fisetin product labels. Neither of these species are native to the USA. The truth is, there is no true "Made in America" USA source of Fisetin extract powder. It is all extracted / produced in Asia, where those species grow naturally, or are cultivated. It is then brought into the United States, where companies re-package the bulk powder into bags or capsules, sometimes claiming that the Fisetin is “Made in America” even though they should be saying it was merely "Packaged in America". Our Fisetin is the pure, all-natural herbal extract, in powder form. It is 98.20% pure. The other 1.80% consists of closely-related, safe plant substances (such as tannins) that co-exist naturally with the Fisetin. True high-purity Fisetin has virtually no odor or taste, and is a yellow or pale yellow color. If Fisetin powder looks beige/brownish/greenish, or if it has a bitter taste, rest assured that it is a lower purity (and less expensive) grade. And if it appears moist, or clumpy, or has an offensive odor,,, it likely contains excessive levels of micro-organisms (such as mold, yeast, fungus, bacteria) that are busily degrading it and significantly shortening its shelf-life. Due to the extra purification steps involved, it costs a manufacturer about three times more to produce 1 KG of +98% grade Fisetin than it does to produce 1 KG of a 50% grade. Premium grade Fisetin is expensive stuff,,, but you get what you pay for. 25g of lower-grade 50% Fisetin powder being sold by a vendor will consist of only 12.5g of actual Fisetin,,, along with 12.5g of ‘something else’ (?) that is not Fisetin. While 25g of a lower-priced 50% grade may seem like a ‘bargain’, keep in mind that only half of the powder (12.5g of it) will be Fisetin. Our Fisetin powder is very dry; it contains only 0.67% moisture. This extreme dryness inhibits the growth of micro-organisms,,, which require a moist environment to grow, and can rapidly degrade the Fisetin quality if allowed to multiply. The dryness of our Fisetin helps preserve its freshness and extend its reliable shelf life. When you buy our Fisetin, you're getting only the dry Fisetin you paid for,,, you are NOT buying moist Fisetin that can contain up to 10% hidden water. Our Listing provides clear photos of our Fisetin powder along with a photo of our complete Certificate of Analysis (COA). We feel that shoppers have the right to see that sort of information prior to making a purchase, including:1) clear photo's of the actual Fisetin powder itself,,, not just a photo of the capsules, or the bottle, or the bag it is in. 2) the % purity of the Fisetin they are selling; 3) the exact levels/amounts of heavy metals; 4) the exact % moisture (shown as "loss on drying"); 5) the level of any microorganisms present; 6) the date the Fisetin was manufactured, and its Expiration Date (which is related to the % moisture). Our Certificate of Analysis (COA) is unusually detailed. It shows that the testing methods used were unusually sensitive, able to detect levels all the way down to 1 part per TEN BILLION. The COA shows that our Fisetin powder easily satisfies even the most stringent safety limits that have been established by the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and the U.S. Pharmacopeia - National Formulary (USP-NF) for Dietary Supplements. There are no dangerous levels of Heavy Metals present in our Fisetin. Our Fisetin is safe for persons of any age. Here in the USA, the FDA considers Fisetin to be a “Dietary Supplement”, --not a drug substance. It is not included in the official U.S. Pharmacopeia (USP) list of prescription drugs. There is no such thing as a "pharmaceutical grade" of any Fisetin that is sold here in the United States. Fisetin is non-toxic. There is no potential for accidental overdose with Fisetin. Likewise, there is no known potential for illicit use or addiction associated with Fisetin. The large nutraceutical companies selling the 100mg Fisetin capsules recommend taking a single 100mg capsule once per day, with some food. Our tiny spoon/stirrer can be used to approximately measure small 100mg amounts of the TASTELESS powder. -- If our tiny spoon/scoop is filled level with our loose Fisetin powder ( i.e. not compacted) it will contain only about 50 mg. -- A rounded tiny scoopful of our loose powder is approximately 100 mg (AS SEEN IN OUR PHOTO.) Fisetin does not dissolve in water, but it can be stirred into some water (e.g., in a shot glass) to form a yellowish suspension that can be quickly gulped down before it can settle. This is a convenient, quick way to get the pure Fisetin powder into your body. Fisetin is a SENOLYTIC substance, able to coax our bodies into recognizing & removing the stubborn, underperforming cells within us that are no longer functioning or dividing properly, but are also able to remain hidden within us, unnoticed. Fisetin sort of "puts the spotlight" on these sneaky harmful cells and then our body can get rid of them. Many persons interested in taking Fisetin for its SENOLYTIC effects, prefer to take larger amounts of it. When considering how much to take, one should keep in mind that no two people are alike, As with all herbal supplements, it is always best to take a cautious, step-wise approach. You should see how you respond to a smaller amount before considering taking an appreciably larger amount. -- If using standard kitchen measuring spoons,,, 1/8th level teaspoonful of our loose Fisetin powder is about 200mg. A level 1/2 teaspoonful amount would be 800mg, etc. It can be stirred into some orange juice, or milk, or yogurt, or almost anything else that is similarly convenient. Since it is tasteless, it can also be sprinkled onto food, or mixed into it. Fisetin is not easily digested, and a fair amount of it can pass unused right thru your digestive tract. Our Fisetin is a very fine powder. All the tiny particles in such a fine powder collectively present a much greater 'surface area' to be better absorbed by our digestive tracts. Some people advocate taking Fisetin with certain ‘lipid’ cooking oils (e.g. olive oil) to potentially slow its digestion and improve its absorption. While this idea has a "common sense" type of appeal, we are not aware of any scientific investigations that have been conducted to determine whether this is actually effective. Since we are vendors, FDA guidelines discourage us from making any personal, one-on-one recommendations to our customers regarding dosage, frequency of use, etc. You may wish to consult with a physician, nutritionist, or dietary practitioner before taking it. Having said that, persons who may be considering taking larger amounts should appreciate the fact that our Fisetin powder is truly 98.20% pure. It contains no "other ingredients" to diminish its efficacy, and is very cost effective when compared to purchasing capsules which you would then have to spend time emptying. Keep in mind that the Fisetin powder from those emptied capsules would likely contain fillers and 'lubricants' that are used to prevent the capsules from binding in the capsule-filling machines. ------------------------------------------------------------------- The FISETIN we sell is produced in a 1.5 million sq.ft. facility in China, by the world’s largest producer of herbal extracts. They extract their Fisetin from a small bushy tree called the “Japanese Fruit Wax Tree” (scientific name Rhus succedanea ), which they cultivate on their own clean, 'Organic Certified' (inspected) land and then harvest themselves. The Fisetin occurs within the inner bark (the cambium layer) of the stems of that species. They pulverize the stems and then use water-ethanol to extract the Fisetin from the pulp. That initial extract undergoes a lengthy series of further steps that finally result in a highly-purified, concentrated extract which is then dried via vacuum evaporation. (They do not use damaging heat to dry it). You get their final Fisetin powder from us exactly as pure as it was when it was originally manufactured and shipped from their ultra-modern, ultra-clean facility in China. They are NSF-GMP certified. Since they are a multi-national company serving markets world-wide, they adhere to the rigorous international standards for Best Manufacturing Practices (BMP). This subjects their production lines to frequent inspections by the World Health Organization (WHO) to certify their continuing compliance. Their CNAS ISO-17025 certified labs provide verifiable Quality Control, and the company has added their own “Botanical Identification Chain of Custody” program (called HerbaLink) which maintains continuous monitoring & documentation of the entire Fisetin production process, from beginning to end. Their +98% grade of FISETIN is non-GMO, all-natural, all-organic, food/medical grade. The Certificate of Analysis shows it was tested in adherence with the latest United States Pharmacopeia (USP) testing protocols. They maintain compliance with the following additional certifications: USDA-ORGANIC ; Kosher ; Halal ; FSCC 22000, and ; BCC.
