HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Returning your item: Items purchased that are received between November 23, and December 25, may be returned through January 14. All purchases made after December 25, are subject to the Standard Return Policy. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable.
