This is (1) part of ALL FOUR of the outfits produced ONLY for the BUTTERFLY ART BARBIE COLLECTION. It's very rare to find any of them, in MINT, PRISTINE, FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. The Butterfly Art Barbie Doll Collection & All Accessories were pulled from Toy Store shelves, do to the Public feeling it was not feminine, taboo & inappropriate for a child's toy to have tattoos on it. Quite the "scandal" back then. A much different World back in 1998-99.
