Description: This is a factory made, universal style back plate and light socket combo, made by our friends in Florida at BudJRZ manufacturing (they also make great Halloween Blow Molds). I love these because the design is simple and clean and works with most blow molds made over many decades. At 3 3/8" in diameter, it covers most holes in the back of blow molds that are typically between 2.5" - 3" in diameter. The socket is securely installed to the back plate from the factory, so you simply have to screw in your bulb, use the two pre-drilled screw holes to secure the plate to your mold, and plug in the cord (which is conveniently available through the factory made slot). The cord extends nearly 4 ft (45") from the back plate so you have plenty of room to reach your extension cords or zip cords or however you power your display. And with the shallow socket, you don't have to worry about the bulb sticking out too far into your blow mold and creating bright spots or heat zones (for those who still love the classic incandescent hot bulbs). It is a great size and works nicely for most blow molds made by Empire, General Foam, TPI, Grand Venture, Union, or others with a 2.5" to 3" diameter hole in them for the light cord and back plate. The socket/cord/plate combo is a factory made setup designed for classic to modern generation blow molds from Empire, General Foam, and others. It comes with a fused plug end, and a socket designed for a standard (aka medium) E26 size screw in bulb, typically found on A19 bulbs in North America. Of course, if you're a stickler for the original or uncertain about your measurements, you can always get the factory made General Foam light kits here or the Grand Venture light kits here. This is for a Light socket, cord, and back plate. Screws are not included.
