However, in my desperate attempt to actually like/wear these pants, I have let down the hems for 1” more length, (I’m 5’8”) and slit the sides (90’s-Y2K style anyone?) to add more flare to the silhouette. My attempts have been futile, so here we are. They’re in otherwise perfect condition, so anyone who knows their way around a sewing machine, or even a thread and needle, could easily fix or alter the hems.
