Description: Item ships securely packaged in a box. The shrink-wrap is torn in a few places, but I inspected it as best I could with it still being factory sealed. I didn't notice anything concerning and didn't see a definitive spine slash from a rogue box cutter, but I have missed them in the past when choosing which copy I wanted at Best Buy. The think the plastic sleeve should have limited the chances of dents to the front or back of the steelbook, but I can't promise the steelbook is in 100% mint condition. General Blu-ray Information: Region Locking:Please be aware that some blu-rays are region locked and may not play on your blu-ray player. Since I'm located in the US (region A), I try to include a separate warning for any Region B or C discs I sell. 4K UHD discs are region free, but included blu-ray or DVD discs may be locked to a specific region. If you have any questions about the region of a disc, please feel free to reach out. Language Options & Subtitles:For releases with multiple formats (i.e. 4K UHD + Blu-ray) the languages and subtitles included in the listing may only be available on one format and not the other(s). New Blu-rays and Factory Seals:I never reseal blu-rays that have been opened for any reason, but unfortunately, it's a common practice by many retailers and individuals. For this reason, I can't always guarantee that an item was not previously opened prior to my receiving it. However, I do look for crinkles on the sleeve that holds the artwork, which is indicative of a blu-ray being resealed with too much heat. Unfortunately, it's sometimes difficult to notice until the plastic is removed. I do my best to call it out when I see that, or if I have other reasons to suspect it may have previously been opened. Digital Codes:I cannot warranty included digital codes partially due to the above and partially due to not knowing when or if the codes expire, or what restrictions, if any, may be in place.
