Description: Authentically signed personal letter from Ed Sullivan to a friend and his wife. I believe the individuals who the letter was written to were either a part or representatives of the boys town choir that is mentioned in the included contract, who had performed on The Ed Sullivan show some time during 1950. The ink is still in great shape and hasn’t faded at all it seems. It had been in a protective sleeve with backboard since I got it. I don’t know too much more information as I basically inherited this when my grandfather passed and I got a bunch of his things. He probably got it from a friend who was associated with the show in someway. The attached contract has seen better days and some of the type writer ink has faded, though you can make out the signature on the third document which is also signed by ‘Marlo Lewis’ who was a co-producer of The Ed Sullivan Show.
