Sample sizes are usually only ½ to ¾ full. Again, this is done by the manufacturer, it is not an indication that the sample has been used or defective. All my samples are new. A sample can last someone 1-3 days depending on how much they use and/or how heavy they wear the perfume/cologne. This varies by individual.
