It’s in perfect condition, i bought it directly off the dyson website. i wanted to return it because i wanted to use the money for something else but ive only had it for a month and a half but unfortunately its past its refund date. I have curly hair and the wet- dry straightening works amazing, i really love it, ive been straightening my hair for years and this saved me so so much time in the mornings. Of course do your own research on how to use the machine but overall it’s great especially if you’re like me and you’re always straightening your hair. I do not have the original box or the little booklet that comes when you purchase the machine. I have had no issues with it and it still has two years of warranty since i just purchased it. (may 27th).
