Overall, the building is in very good condition. It has been painted / weathered; giving it a more authentic look. There is no original box to this item. This is DPM model kit #50600. Shipping - Item will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx; whichever is cheapest for me. Due to the size and weight of this item, I will not ship to PO Boxes. Due to the fragile nature of the smoke stacks (not a lot of surface area keeping them in place), they may come loose during shipping. Should they come loose during shipping, I will not be offering refunds / returns. A small dab of super glue or something similar will remedy the issue.
