This book was bought new, as a spare, and is new and factory sealed. It is in very nice condition, with the wrap intact and just some small flaws. A couple corners have small tears, which have up close photos. There is a split on the seam on one end as well, and a couple very small tears in the upper left top edge area on the back. There are up close photos to see them clearly. I don't see any punctures or major damage, just basic minimal storage wear otherwise.It was released in October of 2022 and is approximately 758 pages. It is approximately 7.2 x 1.9 x 11.3 inches. If exact measurements are needed, please message me. It weighs nearly 5 pounds.Please judge the photos carefully for yourself. It looks very nice in person in my opinion!
