This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, many areas of discoloration; very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed/folded-over - edges rough/jagged in many areas and perhaps oddly cut); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss exist); many edge indents/nicks/tears (many tears are very large); two larger inner tears and smaller hole; many pieces missing due to very heavy wear and/or damage.
