While this is a unisex shirt, it looks like it will fit better for a standard Men's Medium. The measurements are approximately 22 inches across the chest, approximately 27.75 inches from bottom of collar to bottom of front of shirt; approximately 28.50 incehs from bottom of colalr to bottom of back of shirt.
