Description: "Diana" is a 1998 R.A. Fox poster print. R. Atkinson Fox (1860-1935) was a prolific illustrator of calendars, posters, postcards, picture puzzles, and advertising material from the late 1900s until about 1930. Naturalism was considered Fox's strength as a painter. He was especially admired for his paintings of landscape, horses, cows and mountains. Fox's work has been popular among collectors for decades, even spawning "The R.A. Fox Society", a group dedicated to his work. "Diana" depicts a young woman standing on stone steps in an idyllic setting with a lake and mountains in the background. "Diana" is 19" x 24" in size and is in mint condition. It will be shipped rolled in a mailing tube. Chuck Olson CollectionChuck Olson spent over 40 years collecting and traveling the United States in search of unique vintage prints.
