The straps are adjustable up to 30 inches. Please read: Be aware that the top half of the Elphaba character is made out the faux leather material and typically does not stand straight up on its own. The hat and head of Elphaba tend to fold downward. All of the backpacks in stores had this same characteristic and it’s a result of the design. I have provided pictures to be transparent.
